Hello everyone, please see new information regarding Professional Outdoor instructor course. This course will help you gain qualifications to hold outdoor classes, will teach you how to use the space and utilize equipment available in parks and other green areas. Next course starts : 21/22 August in Dublin and 28/29 august in Cork.

We are already working on preparing the next International Fitness Convention 12,13,14 November 2010. We hope to be as successful as last year. This year we are planning a three day event. Marcus Schweppe confirmed his presence already - more details to follow soon.
