PFI BASIC INSTRUCTOR®
Professional Fitness Basic Instructor
The cost of this program is only 880 EUR
Max. number of participants: 10 people.
Basic Level Program is not only aimed at people who would like make their way into fitness industry but also for those who want to expand their knowledge and skills to teach basic level aerobics classes on their own. The Program comprises 100 hours including 84 practical and 16 theoretical hours. All teaching materials are provided by Profi Fitness School.
Topics
Planning and Teaching of Aerobics Classes; Basic and Advanced Steps; Terminology; Cueing in Classes; Working with Music; Class Structure; Methodology of Choreography Teaching; Techniques for strength training, definition, and muscle size; Cardio respiratory; Conditioning Programming; Various Fitness Forms; Wellness; Anatomical Design and Function; Movement Biomechanics;
Each participant will receive teaching materials and CD with music.
Time
7 weekends - (Saturday and Sunday - 10am-6pm).
Certification
Upon successful completion and passing of practical and theoretical exams participants will receive PFI BASIC INSTRUCTOR® Diploma.
