Looking at our achievements up to date and considering the well-being of our students, Profi Fitness School plans several changes in the year 2011, such as new courses. We regret to inform that prices will also be changed. We would like to encourage everyone to participate in the courses this year, while they are still at promotional prices. PFI TUBING®
Professional Fitness Tubing Instructor
The cost of this program is only 260 EUR
Max. number of participants: 10 people.
Topics
Lesson structure, teaching methodology; Terminology; Basic Principles of rubber tubes Training and Exercise Prescription; Strength lesson involving special rubber tubes; Combining and modifying them into very interesting sets and reps Equipment Usage; Stretching.
Each participant will receive teaching materials and CD with music.
Time
2 days (weekend) Saturday and Sunday - 10am-6pm.
Certification
Upon successful completion and passing of practical exams participants will receive the PFI TUBING® Instructor Diploma.
